In 2011 I began teaching fitness at the DePaul University Ray Meyer Fitness Center. I started off teaching Zumba and I loved it. After getting my AFAA Group Fitness certification is really when I took off though. I began teaching WERQ.dance.fitness, cycling, boot camp, kickboxing, and now PiYo! I believe in body positive ways of working towards wellness. Find something you enjoy doing and you’ll keep doing it.
